CrossFit Store | Shipping Policy


The CrossFit Store, powered by Reebok, strives to provide all of our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours but there are occasions, due to volume and other circumstances, where that timeframe may be extended.

Shipping Details

When your order contains both apparel and headwear or other accessories (headband, socks...) please note that these items may ship from different warehouses, which means that your order may arrive in multiple boxes and possibly not at the same time.

Tracking Information

Customer will receive an email containing tracking information 1 to 2 business days after their order has shipped.  See below for order processing times.

Order Processing Time

Order Processing Time is the amount of time it takes to produce your order in addition to shipping the order.

* Please allow 1 to 2 business day for order processing on all U.S. domestic orders.

* Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing of all International orders.

* Domestic orders submitted Friday after 10:00am Eastern will generally ship the following Monday

* International orders submitted Friday after 10:00am Eastern will generally ship the following Tuesday.

International Duty & Taxes

All international orders (outside of the USA) may be subject to additional customs charges (duties and taxes) that are the responsibility of the customer.

General Delivery Expectations

Please allow 7 business days for domestic U.S orders although many will arrive much sooner than that.

Please allow 12 business days for international orders.

Shipping Options

We ship FedEx Ground for all domestic U.S. orders and to Canada.

We also offer FedEx 2-Day and Overnight Shipping.

All other International will ship FedEx Economy.

P.O. Boxes and Armed Forces addresses will ship via USPS.
